    H1-B Stamping
I have recently signed up for this and I need you to help me with my questions .

I'm currently on H4 visa; however I got my H1B approved as an HR Specialist for the year 2008-09. My official start date is 1st October 2008. I am planning to go to Canada in the month of November 08 for my H1-B stamping.

Question is how safe will it be to get H1-B stamped with 1 pay stub along with other required documents OR should I get it stamped from my home country (india) as I will be visiting india in the same month (NOV 08).

It will be great if these questions are answered. Thanks a lot.

Having all done in your home country is recommended.

Does it mean I can do a h1 stamping under company c without actually going through stamping under company B and do a transfer to company C?
