Well, at least in THIS question, you included some valuable information...
Like I said in one of the other questions, it depends on your state... But, if it does, I'll bet it would be similar to a car lemon law... As such, a car isn't declared a lemon until the dealer has had ample opportunity to fix it, and can't.
It looks like the dealer you bought your dw from is attending to your needs. If he fails, there IS a Warrantee of Merchantability that you might make use of. All states have that. It's kind of like a lemon law, in that you are guaranteed that an item you buy is fit for the purpose for which it was intended...
If you reach that point, sue them in small claims court using the law I cited above. Don't do it too soon, because you won't win... In other words, the judge will give a LOT of leeway to a dealer that is TRYING to fix your dw.
