I’m Poornima,25 years old ,from India.I had back pain since few months.but I managed to work with a soft pillow for my back, during my office hours.But for the past one week,I ‘m enduring severe back pain at the back side of my hip.I feel very painful, while bending- example when I’m about to take an object fell down.Also I ‘m getting irregular periods for the past 3 months and my last month period lasted for only 2 days.I’m newly married and I feel painful when my husband attempting for sex and had not endured the same for the reason of pain.Are all these linked and what could be a remedy for my back pain?Please help

The symptoms could be linked, or they could be a coincidence.

Back pain, in particular, can be very serious and as you know, get worse if left untreated. You should see a doctor about what you are experiencing. Until then, alternate hot/cold on your back per 20 minutes.
