    Philippine court summon subpoena
    I reside in the philippines
    Somebody threatens me,that a court sumons subpoena will be issued against me.
    I want to know what is the legal procedures of the philippine lagal court.

    What's the subpoena for?

    When you receive a subpoena you must show up in the court because it will constitute penalty for failure. It's like you're preventing the justice to prevail.
