    Dead skin
    Dead skin scrap off the forehead. Comes back the
    Next day. Regenerating itself.

    What can be done?

    Drink more water (not tap water)
    And take omega fatty acid

    Those are really the only two things I know.

    You've already received a fine answer from N0help4u. I would like to add that, are you bathing enough or maybe too much? Do you sweat a lot with whatever you do during the day?

    You could try exfoliating the dead skin away (it's not just for girls haha)
    And then use a really good moisturiser afterwards.

    I have terrible skin, mostly acne and I have tried every pimple cream, potion and lotion on the market, many of them made my skin peel and dry out badly.

    A good natural face scrub which I have only just started using is oatmeal scrub!
    Completely natural, you just mix up about half a cup of rolled oats with a tablespoon of honey.
    Leave it on your face for about 10-15 minutes then wash off.

    Follow this up with a good moisturiser.
