    Civil stand byI want my tools
    I still have person belongings of mine at my home. Can my wife refuse a civil domestic stand? By to not allowing me to get my personal property is she I violation?

    If you have an order for her to give you your stuff you need to see if the police will go with you or go back to court and get it enforced.

    I know in my county the police will escort you to pick up your stuff but they only give you less than a half hour to grab everything and be out of there
