    Partitioning for change in my apartment complex.
    Can I submit a partition to the corporate office of my apartment complex to allow outside telecommunications services? If I can, and do. Would a consensus of the tenants force the company to terminate the exclusivity contract?

    Hello RD:

    You can have the tenants fill out any petition you like, but you can't force the company to do anything they don't want to do.
