    Theft under 5000$
    I have arrested as a theft under 5000$ first time and I have a court so my question is? Is that will affect my record from first time . 2nd question because I'm a refugee so what shoud I do ? Thanks for your help

    Was it shoplifting or stealing from work or personal property?

    Yeah, I'm confused too. You said that this is your first offense but then you go on to ask "will it affect my record from first time", suggesting that you have a prior offense. Also, what do you mean when you describe yourself as a "refugee"? Much more information will be needed before anyone can give you a viable response.

    Yeah I think he means reflect
    I asked what country more because I can usually tell plus he said he is a refugee.

    Probably means immigrant from another country and doesn't know the words for some things.
