    Quit Deed
I was wondering. Can I sign a quit deed over to my wife because we are now separated but not divorced but my name is the only one on the mortgage. I think we are both on the title. She is making the payments and she is living in the house. Please Help.

You can sign a quit claim deed, deeding the property to your spouse but she will probably need to refinace to get the mortgage in her own name.
