    Courthouse marriege fees
    Hi,

    My boyfriend, and I want to marry in at court, but just wondering what the cost would be.

    Brevard County FL: $93.50 for the marriage license and I believe they said it was $45 for the service to be performed at the court.

    Wow that's high
    Most places are between $35 and $60.

    FL has high fees for most everything political/court related. It offsets the fact that we don't have a state income tax.
