    My cat having probblems with birth
    My cat has had 3 kittens and 1 had pastaway at birth they is 1 still hanging on her by the cord and they are so little what do I do? Can I help her or do I just leave her alone it has been 6 hours and the baby hasent come of the cord and they are so cold is it a concern?

    Are you serious, it has been attached by the cord for 6 hours??

    The mother should have cut the cord and eaten the birthing sacs.

    You can get a piece of cotton and tie it tight around the cord, about 1-2 cms away from the kitten.
    Then once it tied up tight, cut the cord above the cotton.

    Then you rush all the kittens and the mother cat to the vet.

    Once they kittens are weaned (if they survive) get the mother cat spayed!

    Had to spread the rep Shaz but I agree.

    The fact that you let this go for so long is shocking.

    Get the mother and the one remaining baby to the vet now. This is your responsibility as a pet owner.
