There is no easy answer to that question. It's a complicated matter trying to decide how well a business is doing and where they might be headed. It would also include looking at their other statements.

Also, if this is for homework, there may be some specific things that you have learned that they are gearing this question towards - i.e. perhaps certain financial ratios they want you to look at, etc. And that we cannot know. My suspicions are that it's homework because the average investor looking at a company's financials doesn't call them "classified." They very likely might not even know what that means.
