    I was wondering does this sound serious
    OK well last night I started having extreme dizziness and severe chest pain and when I woke up it was very ard for me to take in a breath of air and the chest pain is still here and feels like it is getting much worse. I am thinking about giving it until 3:00 P.M. to stop hurting but should I wait that long

    You really should get to the doctors TODAY.
    Let us know what the dr says and we might have some ideas on how to deal with it better.

    I know that I had to give up Pepsi and potato chips and some other foods because they were depleting my potassium and magnesium and making me feel that way.
    Also the message and preservatives in processed foods can do that.
    So you very likely need a change in your diet.

    But get to the dr and get a diagnosis is always the first step.


    It could also be due to your building problem from your other post.

    Did you check the carbon monoxide??
