    Growing up
OK, I just want to post this for all the people on this site who are like 13 and 14 asking about when to have sex, or how to plan your first kiss.. things like that. And I just want to sat.. DONT BE IN SUCH A HURRY TO GROW UP. I'm 16, and the past couple years of my life have been full of activities that should have been done at a way older age.

I had my first kiss when I was 12, in 7th grade. It was with a senior in high school. I thought he cared about me.. he loved me.. all that. Before we dated he took me to all the senior parties and everything, I thought I was so cool. 2 days after we were dating we were at one of those parties and we didn't have sex but we did a lot of things that came close. Before that night I hadn't even kissed anyone yet! And shortly after that we broke up.

I have been with my boyfriend now for almost 2 years. And I can tell you, I wish I hadn't blown my first kiss by trying to grow up so fast. It has scarred me for life and I won't ever forget that.

That just goes to show that wanting to act older, while sometimes it might be "fun", usually will end up hurting you in the long run. I'm not posting this to criticize people, but I want to help others from feeling the same pain I do from doing things I shouldn't have. I hope maybe it helped someone?

    That's right kids!

    Don't blow your first kiss.
Don't have sex before you're ready.
Don't capitalize the beginnings of your sentences!

Yep yep yep, it's all right there.
Good advice, but we tell them all the time. The ones who are really "eager" to grow up don't listen, and blow it and regret it, despite out best efforts, usually.

Not so much technology, as the downfalls of Microsoft! :D

My husband and I are going to paint our house and one side of the house is almost completely covered in ivy and I think the only way to paint that side of the house is to very carefully take the ivy down and when they're done put it back with those ties that they sell at the nursery. It seems like...
