John Deere X320 - starts but won't move
Lever in rear is engaged. Doesn't appear to be the issue.

Battery died, had charger on over the weekend but wouldn't take a charge. New battery installed and works to start but when you step on forward/reverse pedals you get no response. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
Sorry about not answering sooner; got "lost in the shuffle" so to speak. I think you can look in from the side at the rear to make sure the rod to the dump valve is actually attached to the lever; I have seen them come off. You should also be able to see the belt and transaxle sheave to see if the belt is on it.
Could be your park brake is stuck in the "on" position; sharply "stab" the brake pedal while holding the paddle down.
If none of that works, I have put a picture of the belt so you can check it.
    Peace,
    Clarke
