    Mushy Elastic Bleached Hair
So, I bleached my hair platinum blonde and though some turned out almost white, others were still brownish. So as silly as I am, I bleached my hair again. Even though I've done this process before, for some reason I didn't listen to myself and now I have mushy hair whenever I wet my hair, and it's scary as hell!

Someone willing to help me repair my hair, even if it's the slightest bit?

You can either live it, or get it cut. Getting it cut is good option because your hair will repair faster.

    Yeah. I guess that works...

Also. When I bleached my hair, it is now a really really light blonde, those parts that didn't turn platinum.. can I use a toner for the brown or will it not work?

A toner should be some help and for the texture use some Aussie 3 minute miracle
And leave it on for as long as you can

I think I'll try it. Thanks! And um. I was reading that there's different color toners. Purple for yellow and blue for orange. What if it's neither? It's like brown. Just... light brown. I don't want to have to bleach my hair again.

Yeah never bleach your hair or peroxide
    BOTH bad ideas

I use Sun In it is easier to control the degree of blondness (over all or streaks) and more natural.

I don't know anything about what shades of toner to buy for what colors
