    eBay bidding
I bid on a boat and won the bid but the seller won't tell me where to pick up the boat until I put the money in her account. Without any proof of her ownership I said I would pay her cod she doesn't want to accept this. Can she sue me for backing out of the deal if she won't accept cod. Very worried as it took me 2 years to save the $2,000.

    Hi,
Most sellers have a rating if they are regulars. If she has no rating, or a poor one, be wary. Ebay has a staff you can contact in a case such as this.
    Peace,
    Clarke
