The medication could be the reason.
We really can't give you a valid diagnosis over the internet.
Obviously you're stressed (one reason why periods are late) and on new meds (another reason periods can be late) and you've had sex (third reason that your period is late).
Try another hpt, use first morning urine, it's more accurate.
If it's negative again I'd consult your doctor.

Are you under a lot of stress? Stress can cause abnormal menstral cycles. I would definitely talk to you doctor about it.

What about the sensitivity to my nipples and the abdominal pain , as if I'm geeting my period but no blood . And yes honestly I had sex with my boyfriend for almost the whole month of July so I have been expecting pregnanacy. How long should I wait again to test a urine sample I'm guessing it only been 2- 3 weeks since my missed period.

Sadly sore nipples are also a symptom of PMS.
Are you 2-3 weeks late for your period, or it's been 2-3 weeks since your last period?

From Web MD
Other diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, tuberculosis, liver disease, and diabetes can cause missed or irregular periods, although this is rare. However, if any of these diseases are present, you will usually have other symptoms besides menstrual irregularities.
If you've skipped a period, try to relax. Restoring your life to emotional and physical balance can help. Many women miss periods now and then. Unless you are pregnant, chances are your cycle will return to normal next month.
Hope this helps

I hope you aren' t pregnant, pregnant women with uncontrolled diabetes have an increased risk of miscarriage and birth defects.

Get another hpt, first morning urine will give you the most accurate result.
