    Not likely at the moment, but you can raise your credit score.

    Yes you can but you will not get the rates you see posted in the newspaper. What have you tried to do to improve your credit score? If you apply for a new credit card and get approved your score will improve too, just don't start charging things on the card. If you can get your score up to around 750 you will get the best rates
