    Hardware Trouble
I have got a serious problem with my computer this problem I have been facing for more than 3 months the problem is that
Whenever I start my comp the bios is not loaded
The second time restart the comp the bios gets loaded and the computer hangs
The third time I restart the bios I loaded the operating system is loaded and the computer restarts by itself again loading the os
When os is loaded and if I run more than 2 applications the computer hangs itself
What to do ? Please suggest me I am fed up of it

What do you mean the bios is not loaded?
-what do you see when you turn on your computer?

Any changes that either happened or that you perhaps made to your computer around the time that the problem started; particularly any Software or Hardware that you installed or setup.

Sure all the fans are working in the computer?

Does the computer finally ever start? If it does, can you just leave it on by itself without running any programs and it stays on?

Yes all the fans are working properly if I leave the system like tat only without running any programs it will be on with monitor turned off automatically and cpu running one more fact is tat when I switch it off the power in the comp goes off in less than a second
Apart from this when I am running some application (playing a song)and the computer hangs the monitor goes off and the application runs for some time then the comp totally hangs and restarts by itself

If it is a hardware problem, it could be one of two things more than likely
-processor is overheating - new system board
-faulty RAM - possibly replace system RAM to see if problem fixed (don't know unless trying but no gaurantee)

    Software problem
-You can try to do a repair installation but seems to be a hardware problem

    Repair Installation
A Repair Install will replace the system files with the files on the XP CD used for the Repair Install. It will leave your applications and settings intact, but Windows updates will need to be reapplied.

    Perform a Repair Installation

As mentioned, would think a hardware issue

From the processor side when I check the temperature of processor from bios it starts from 30 to 40 and ends up up to 80 to 90
And as far as the ram is concerned I have checked it with the software testing the ram it showed that the ram is all right and still the problem is not fixed I removed the graphics card from my motherboard now it takes less number of restarts to load but the problem is still persisting it is affecting very badly

    Cpu temp is fine

when I switch it off the power in the comp goes off in less than a second
If you are using the switch on the computer, this will happen, you need to shut down the computer through Start button and then the Shutdown option.
-So if using power switch, that is normal

You need to check your power options for monitor and possibly other settings you have there
    -control panel, Power Options
-Now under power scheme, change the settings to Never

    Start from there

This should address the monitor turning off and possibly other things once settings changed

First thing is to make sure your fans are still working inside the PC.

Depending on what types of computer stores (retail) you have in your area, I would find someone there who could let you know on what they have and would recommend for your situation as far as your computing needs (home user, gamer, business, etc... )

And also depends on if you will be doing the work yourself or having it done by someone.

    Couple considerations
