    How to reboot my toshiba laptop
    I want to wipe my toshiba laptop and reboot it back to scratch how do I do that

    Are you running windows? If so, look back into all of your papers you got with the laptop. You should have a "system restore" disk of some kind there. Use that.

    However, I DO NOT recommend doing this.
