    Adopting a non biological child u live with?
    I would like to find out more about my husband adopting my son! He is not his biological father but has brought him up since the tender age of 1! How do I go about doing this? And do I have to ask hi biological father's permission?

    1. To do this, you get a lawyer.
    2. Yes, you need the biological father's permission.

    Yes, you will normally need the bio fathers permission.
    An attorney will draw up adoption papers and papers having the father give up rights for the adoption
