    Need to move
    My friend has two small children and wants to move the father does not bother with them can she get in trouble if she leaves the province with them while there is no court order in place

    I assume you are in Canada?

    The laws of the US say that if there is no order, there is no crime (since the crime would be violating a court order, or whatever its called in that particular state)

    I venture to *guess* that Canada is the same.
