    Want to gain weight
    I am losing weight, I look so skinny, I was 55kg now I'm 44kg.
    How can I gain these 11 kilos back! :confused:

    I am having a similar problem! I am 19 years old.. 5'2... 96lbs! I am really skinny and I hate it! I was blessed with big breasts (32-
    34D) but for instance my arms and wrist bones are... very easy to see.. So my boyfriend and I went to GMC he wanted to gain muscle so he bought MEGA XXX weightgainer. Now they told me if I wanted to use it to gain wieght or in my case I want body fat... to take the recommended daily amount of 16oz either milkshake or mix it with water/milk for a chocolate drink.. (or whatever flavor you choose).. and drink it before bed and don't work out...



    Sounds easy but my only problem was I get really full easily escpecially with such a large amount of a thick milkshake, but I started taking smaller portions and I do lower body (leg, thigh and ab) workouts and it's definitely working! Try it out!

    Oh we are almost the same I'm also 19 years old.. 5'4 tall and 99 lbs! That is funy but your lucky you have a D cup I have A :P

    I actually never work out lol but I would work out on my lower body now and drink milshakes! Hope it'll work with me
