    Peroxide error
I've been swabbing my face with peroxide for acne. But I stupidly have been using it over my dark eyebrows and near my hairline, so now they're turning red!

Do I just have to wait for my hair to grow out, or will the peroxide fade? I know all the hair colors say not to dye your eyebrows but they look so unnatural...

From what I believe in the past, my brother used those peroxide pads and the same thing happened to him. It lasted for a little bit, but then it faded. Good luck!

Black or dark hair contains red pigment. If you use benzoyl peroxide on dark hair, it will bleach your hair a reddish shade. The red won't come out, but it will gradually grow out. Try using a hair color close to your original shade to get rid of the red tones on your hair line. However, I do not recommend coloring your eyebrows because it may cause eye irritation, even blindness if the dye gets in your eyes. You can let your eyebrows grow out naturally or use a eyebrow pencil to cover the red hue.
