    Under Age alcohol !
    First thanks to all reading this.I'm a European student who is in New jersey state and I'm 20yeras old. I got arrested for entering a night club and underage drinking,I got two tickets and I must go on Court on 20 this month.The strange thing was that no tests were made on me for alcohol level in my system and no one at the police station asked me the full story.How can they prove that I was drunk?
    Also I want to know what fine I should expect and what is the worse scenario hat I can get.And do this system takes a record for every court appeal and will I have some troubles for getting visa for next year.Because one friend of mine told me something about federal system and state system and what should do?? /\

    They don't have to prove you were drunk, they just have to prove you were in the night club and that you were drinking.

    They don't need your story. If someone can testify you were caught there, and that you were drinking, they have you.
