    Theft under 5000$
    Hi I got caught steeling from a clothing store they called the cops and they didn't arrest me but they put my name on their system. And I want to know would my name ever get cleared off the system?

    They prob just put a note. No crimial record, no charges and no court date for you, congrats

    This doesn't answer the question.

    If your name is in the store's "system" only the store knows when it will be removed. It varies from company to company.
