Are title companies in Minnesota required to check on a seller's outstanding judgments recorded in their name and social? If so, does that effect the amount of proceeds the seller will get?

If those judgments didn't turn into liens on the property, then I don't believe the title company is responsible for finding them...

The holder of the judgments should have made sure they got liens on the property...
