    My weight is getting less!
    Hi... I am suffering by a serious problem which is taking me to the inferiorty complex and effecting my studies and behaviour as wel... as I am 21 years old but I looks like a 14 years girl:( because of VERY small curves... please help me out.
    My weight is also getting lesser.. I was 48kg but now I am 40:'(.

    Why are you losing weight? How much do you eat? Are you stressed?

    Do you have a regular menstrual cycle?

    The best way to increase your weight is do do some light exercise like walking regularly.

    Eat frequent small meals that contain protein, carbohydrates and fats. Don't eat too much sugar.

    Don't ever miss breakfast and try to eat a substantial breakfast with protein. Eat lunch and dinner. Eat something with carbohydrates before you go to bed ( e.g. cheese on toast).

    Snack when you can on healthy things like fruit, nuts and some chocolate.
