    Child Support in NYS
My husband has been paying child support for 2 daughters for over 10 years now, one daughter soon to be 22 and coming off child support because she was in college. For the last 10 years no increase in child support, but he was paying more to begin with ("because he wanted to"). We have 3 additional children. Will the courts take into consideration the new family (3 children), when he goes to modify for 1 child from his previous marriage?

Of course they will consider it. What amount it factors into the consideration is a different story. I *believe* NYS is a flat percentage per child... 17% I believe.

SOmeone with more NY background will chime in here shortly, but I don't think your 3 kids will factor into the amount.
