    I have pain when I run. But I don't know what causes it.
    When ever I go running my ovaries and uterus start hurting very very badly and I often sweat a lot, feel like I'm going to throw up, and get very pale. I also get very weak that I can't move, and I have to use the bathroom really bad while I am running and I often have diarrhea right after I run. I don't really know why this happens. If you have any clue why this is happening I would really like to know.

    Its really good that you can pinpoint the pain to your uterus and ovaries?? There are other organs in your body around the vicinity that could be giving you problems, especially if you are experiencing diahhrea.

    If you are hurting this much, from anything, then I advise you to go to the nearest hospital and be checked out. Stop running until you get this settled.

    Sorry, no clue, it would be impossible to diagnose this over the net with the description you offer, any description for that matter. You need to see a doctor.
