How to get someone off property w/out lease
I have 20+ acrea's in Florida that I have allowed my sister to live on for 15 years. We don't have a lease or anything else signed. She pays nothing for the use of property. She has been causeing problems for my mother that lives with me. What legal rights do I have to remove her.

You have to go through a legal eviction process. You give her a ___day wtitten eviction notice. Then if and when she still hasn't left you go to court and get another eviction notice from the court. Then when she still hasn't left the sheriffs come that day and escort her off the property

I think your state law is 15 day notice.

You have the same rights as any property owner to deal with a tenant. She has established residency so you have to treat her as a tenant. Check with your local courts for the process in your area.

Florida law allows a 15 day termination for a month to month tenant, which is what she qualifies as.
