    Vaginal dryness
I'm postmenopausal. Instead of using estrogen cream, I've been inserting vitamin E softgels instead. It does seem to help with the dryness. My question is how often should I use them? I've been doing this twice a week.

Do it as often as it keeps away the dryness.

However, estrogen pessaries or cream also thicken the lining of the vagina making it less dry and making intercourse more comfortable.

I suggest speaking to your doctor. Vitamins should be regarded as if they were drugs. Its possible to have too little, or even overdose.

Just give doc a quick ring and explain. He'll have a quick and easy answer I'm sure :)
