Can H4 visa holder find a literary agent
Hi, I am on H4 visa in the US. I am a writer who is not permitted to work here. Is it possible for me to find a literary agent and get my book published here? I'm really looking forward to advice as I've not yet been able to find one in spite of a lot of research. Thanks.

Are you asking whether writing a book or obtaining an agent would violate the prohibition on working here? No.

I am having trouble understanding what you are you asking. Selling a book to a publisher, whether by yourself or through an agent, is not employment in violation of your visa, if that's the question. Nor is publishing the book.
