Steps to get a person to leave not on lease
Have a gentleman leaving in my apt that is not on the lease. He has not contributed towards the rent, gas, electric or water. He has put food in the house. I have asked him to leave and he is still there. He has been there for 6 weeks now. What do I need to do?
