    HIPAA Vioaltion?
    In a public meeting it was mentioned our helath insurance claims were high this year due to cancer, heart disease, brain tumors... etc. Is this a violation of HIPAA? Names were not mentioned nor were specific cases discussed.

    It doesn't sound like a HIPAA violation.
