I'm 18 years old, and firstly, I haven't had a period in 4 months now, and I don't know why, and I don't know what to do about it.

Also, I feel the cold really easily, in fact I'm nearly always cold. My hands and feet get extremely cold and can even lose colour and turn purplish and look kind of dead, which is really freaky! My legs and feet can go completely numb if I'm not standing up, or all tingly, and it's really annoying and worrying because it does it really regularly.

As well as this, I can go really dizzy really easily, like quite often when I stand up I can go light headed and dizzy, and it takes a good 30 seconds to stop.

Why is all this going on? Should I be worried? Do I need to go to the doctors?

I don't know if it is linked at all but I also get headaches fairly often.

I'm 18 years old, I'm not sexually active (I have had sex, but not for over a year now, since I broke up with my one serious boyfriend.) I'm about 5 foot 7 and weigh just under 7 and a half stone... I don't know what other information to give that would be any use! Any help and advice would be much appreciated!
