    Abandoment of a child
Is it or could a woman be charged with abandoment when the state took the child and put him in the biological father's parents care( father out of country in war) and in the divorce she was named to always have an approved adult while visiting? She has not been in contact with the child since he was taken year and half ago from her.not has she paid the court ordered support or health care for the child. Can we get her for abandoment, & take her rights?

Sounds like she has lost most of her rights, no longer has custody and only has supervised visits. Plus not using what visits she has.

What exactly do you want to take away
