4 Suspended license tickets
I have 4 suspended license tickets within the past 6 months. All because I didn't pay a "talking on a cell phone while driving" ticket a year ago. Do you think I will go to jail or is there a way I can just get off with probation? I have court for 2 tickets on the same day next week. The third ticket I will be going to court for will be a week after that, same DA on all four cases.

Since you obviously cannot be trusted to not drive without a license, I think there is a good chance you get some jail time or at least a hefty fine and probation. 4 counts of driving on a suspended license is blatant disregard of the law. I cannot see this being a slap on the wrist. |
