Fraud by getting married after being paid
My husband who is in the army and I we are getting divorce because he have an affair. I found that the person he is with pay him to get married after we get divorce in order for her to obtain citizenship. We start divorce because he want to get married to help her obtaining the citizenship and she already is applying.

Is there any way I can report this, or there's no use?? She is in the army also. He told me that weeks ago about his intentions with the divorce and gave me all her info and immigration documents...

She was married before but got divorce in a year because the last partner found about her immigration status

Are you talking about the US or another country? She's in the US Army but she's not a US citizen?

If you have credible detailed information regarding marriage fraud for an immigration benefit, report it to ICE.

I would say in the long run unless you get copies of checks and witnesses, you will never really prove it.

I could accuse anyone that married someone who is not a citizen of this, and there is no way to "PROVE" you are not. ** You can not prove a negitive**

But in the long term of things, why care, he has hurt you and you want to get back at him, so file for divorce, get your alimony and get him in the wallet.
