    How long after a parolee is arrested does the board have to file against them?

    Your location would help. Since here it is the probation officer that files and the board merely rules.

    Hello T:

    In terms of the new charges, the state has 72 hours to press charges... In terms of his parole violation, there is NO time limit. They can damn well take their time, and they do.
