    How to improve confidence and remove anxiety during interviews
    Hello frds,

    I want to improve my confidence level and to remove the interview fear as it has affected my career growth a lot.please try to help me out of this problem .

    Practice, and prepare, read several books on interview. Go over and over possible answers to hard questions.

    Try to particopaye in group discussion of your own friends.also watch interviews of different actors on TV.from them you will get idea.
