Hello all..

I have had a foot fetish since I was 10 or 11.. now I am almost 27 and I still have it and I don't like it at all, I want help to get rid of it.. it is like when ever I see a lady the first thing I look at is her feet.. I want to stop this.. I want to be normal.. any suggestions?!

I'm not sure this is my area of expertise here, but it might help to know what it is about it that you don't like. Has it gotten out of control. Does it seem creepy to you or something like that? Have you turned girls off by this? Are you made fun of? Does it control your thoughts and your life? It might help to know exactly why this is bothering you so much.

Yeah, sometimes it way too much.. like in the summer when I walk into a store or be in the bus, I can't help but look at all the gals feet around... and it makes me feel like a looser... I am a really outgoing insteresting person, and I feel that this fetish is affecting my personaltity... it also is affecting my sex life.. I get turned on by the gals feet more than her body which leads to premature and stuff like that.. I just want to get rid of it.. or maybe learn to control my fetish

Well I'm going to talk about this like other addictions. If it's effecting your life in a negative way, then it's best to seek help for it. You might want to look into some hypnotherapy, acupuncture, or even just a phychotherapist, to find out where your fetish came from. They might be able to give you the tools to divert your attention to somewhere else where it isn't controlling you life.

Hi zezzo,I too have had this fetish for as long as I can remember! It can be a real pain sometimes. Its like I can't help myself, I have to look at females feet. I have stayed inside a store or even re-entered a store or mall just to get a better look at a certain females feet. I really don't feel it's a bad thing. I mean look at all those other fetishes out there... no need to go into details. My wife used to think it was a little strange at first but, now she loves it, sometimes she'll point out a girl with pretty feet. Wow! Lucky right?

Honestly, it is a quite common fetish, perhaps one of the most common as well. If it does bother you negatively in your life, then you can seek out counseling.

Start making an effort to look at the twinkle in their eyes or something if it bothers you all that much.

This is an old thread but we all have fetishes and nothing wrong with it at all. Try not to stare though as you may miss something else, and she may think your weird or something.
