    Agent arrested
    The agent I listed my home with has been arrested for fraud. Am I bound to him or can I list with someone else that's not in jail and can make an effort to sell my home.

    Hello up:

    I don't know if arrest is listed in the reasons you can cancel the contract, but even if it isn't, I don't think you'll lose if he sues you because you got rid of him.
