    Uk citizenship
    Dear Sir,

    My mother is a british citizen and I was born in iran in 1981.
    I would like to know am I eligible for Certificate of Entitlement or a british passport?

    If your mom is British, then you are entitled to a British Passport. Just make sure you have all documentation.
