    TV programmes!
    Just dying to find out a name of 2 programmes I watched as a child!
    The first one was on children TV, BB1 or ITV and it was about a girl who went to stay with her grandma/auntie? And it was near a maypople. Also by the sea and she saw a ghost of an old man at a lighthouse - mid 80's?
    The second one was of an orphan boy, also a programme, and he had a dog and it was set in the olden days:confused

    The only TV show with children and a Lighthouse I know of is around the twist.

    Wish I could help you. If you remember any detail about it(e.g genre, an actors name, stuff like that) you could try searching on The Internet Movie Database (IMDb)

    There was a TV version of A Dog of Flanders. It was also later cut into a movie.
