No it can not be included BUT DID they over pay him?
They sent me the same letter and I appealed it saying it was their mistake and I can not afford to repay it. They sent me back that I do not have to pay it back.
When I appealed it I even told them to please tell me how they figure they over paid me when the amount was the entire amount that my daughter qualified for. They never did tell me how they came to the conclusion. I have been noticing that it seems like they want money and hoping people will fall for it because I have been hearing too many people saying they did this to them too.
It doesn't hurt to ask them to prove that you owe and ask to appeal it. Don't let it lapse without appealing or it is a judgment against you.
