    Streaking hair - trusted products
I'm bored of having plain dark hair and after recently discovering that I can't go blonde without bleaching all of my hair I have decided to opt for streaks I know that some streaks turn out looking awful and I am trying to avoid that . I was wondering if their were any well known brands that do platinum or white streaks I would I also like the product to be easy to use and not to time consuming is this possible
Ps. Will I have to use bleach?
