    Cervix dilation
    I had a membrane sweep done and the midwife easily fitted 2 fingers into the cervix I just wanted to know how many cm dilated that means I am

    Hi, I had a membrane sweep done on my last pregnancy, and doctor said I was 2cms dilated (2 fingers) Is this your second pregnancy? Midwives told me that lots of women who are in susuquent pregnancies will be 2cms dilated as they don't "close up properly" after the birth of other babies xxx
