    Gas insert fireplace venting
Our condo currently has a decorative gas fireplace that doesn't give off much heat and we want to up grade to a 25-32,000 BTU unit that provides heat... can we use the current venting (Alu-vent pipes) of the current gas insert? If not, what are my options?

Your real option is to read the install manual that comes with the EXACT unit you are going to purchase. Every manufacturer and model is different so it is impossible to advise without reading the manual.
